Manuel Moerbach
Manuel is the CEO and founder of BlueHill, as well as the CEO of Plant-A Insights Group. Before launching BlueHill, he served as Global CEO of Onclusive and was part of the founding team at Statista, where he held senior roles including Global CSMO and CEO of the Americas and APAC. He is based in New York City.

Karim Lahlou
Head of Research and Analytics
Karim is a seasoned research director with experience across multiple industries and a deep belief in the power of nuance. From leading large-scale global surveys to deploying real-time AI models and developing proprietary audience metrics, he transforms complex data into actionable insights. His work has consistently driven measurable results, generating millions in revenue for Fortune 500 clients and the organizations he’s served.

Amanda Finn
Director of Business Development
Amanda is the Director of Business Development at BlueHill, leading growth initiatives and partnerships that help financial institutions make smarter, data-driven decisions. She also oversees sales at Plant-A Insights, managing partnerships with organizations like Newsweek and driving the annual Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions awards. A UCLA graduate, Amanda is passionate about helping financial institutions succeed through better data and strategy.

Chinmay Jain
Vice President, Research & Operations
Chinmay oversees research and strategy activities at BlueHill. Prior to BlueHill, he was actively working in the consulting industry. Chinmay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and completed his Post Graduation in Management for NICMAR. Chinmay also holds a CAPM® certificate from PMI.

Venkatesh Radhakrishnan
Director, Data Analytics
Venkatesh Radhakrishnan serves as the Director of Data Analytics at BlueHill, where he manages Data Management, Analytics, and Automation. He holds a PGP in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management and IIT Stuart School of Business. Venkatesh specializes in developing ranking systems, dashboards, and risk-scoring engines across industries while streamlining data extraction processes using scrapers and LLMs.

Harsh Jindal
Harsh is a market research expert with over five years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, private equity consulting, and industry research. He leverages data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and deliver in-depth market assessments. Harsh holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from FORE School of Management and has passed the CFA Level 1 exam.

Marion Klocke
Marion is a Research Advisor at BlueHill, guiding methodology, questionnaire design, and analysis. As CEO and founder of Klocke Research, she brings over 25 years of experience leading consumer research and data insights teams. Marion holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Kiel.

Gabriele Stöckl
Gabriele is a Research Advisor at BlueHill, supporting the research team with expertise in methodology, questionnaire design, and analysis.
